What does "The Human Venture Studio" mean?

A studio is only as human as the people inside it. We believe real impact starts and ends with people, not code, capital or process alone, so we build ventures from the inside, together with founders, experts and a community that lifts each other up.

A traditional investor gives you capital. We give you capital, expertise, network, venture building and collective intelligence, all five, not just one. We co-found from day zero: on the cap table, in the room, close to you.

Three transitions we believe define the next economy: the energy transition (charging infrastructure, smart grids, renewable energy), the resource transition (circular construction, material innovation, recycling) and the social transition (behaviour-change platforms, impact communities, loyalty and incentive models).

What doesn't Huddles invest in?

We stay out of healthcare, medtech, food & beverage, education, generic software and pure AI tools. Technology is never the goal in itself. If an idea isn't clearly tied to one of the three transitions, it's not for us.

Pre-seed, most of the time from day zero. Often before there's a product, sometimes before there's even a full founding team.

A clear mission, fast learning, a market that's large or growing fast, a model that can scale, and the ambition to define a category rather than compete in one. We'd rather back a strong team than a strong solo founder.

A pre-seed fund. Fund I holds a 20–40% minority stake per venture, over a 5–7 year horizon, alongside a core team of five who invest their own capital alongside yours.
