We build from the inside
Venture Building
We are not on the supervisory board. We are at the kitchen table.
From proposition and market validation to brand, legal structure and the first hires. Huddles builds the company together with the founder and takes a minority stake of 20 to 40 percent. The founder keeps the majority, the control and the motivation. We stay operationally involved for as long as it takes.
Capital and Participation
One participation gives access to the entire portfolio.
Investors enter through the fund, not through a single venture. That spreads risk across nine impact companies instead of betting on one. Participation starts at 25,000 euro nominal and can be extended to four participations. Stakes are held for five to seven years, with binding advice from the Advisory Board on every portfolio investment.
Community and Ecosystem
The studio is the network, not the office.
Founders gain access to experts, customers and entrepreneurs going through the same stage. Investors get a seat at the table, contributing knowledge, network or acting as a sparring partner. Involvement is a choice, not an obligation. Those who want to build, build. Those who want distance, keep it.

New Impact Day - H2 2026
On Monday 19 October, the founders of our ventures, the participants behind Huddles and anyone considering joining come together in one room. Four minutes per founder: where the venture stands, what they have learned and where they are stuck. No pitch, no polish, just the state of play and a specific ask to the room. We take our time on our newest venture and set out the step Huddles itself is taking and what that requires. Block 15:00 to 19:00 in your calendar.
